Premier Spring has the ability to manufacture in excess of industry standards, in the following areas:

All of our fourslide parts can be produced with wire up to .250” in diameter or strip ranging up to .100” thick and 2” in width.

Premier Spring can use any of the following metals to produce your part in strip or wire:

• Low Carbon Steel
• High Carbon Steel
• Stainless Steel
• Phosphor Bronze
• Copper, Brass or Beryllium Copper

Temper’s range from AKDQ to Spring Temper (depending on guage).

Customers may specify that any one of a number of special coatings, plating or painting which can be applied to the part during the manufacturing process (depending on your application).
